To level up the units

whats the best way to level up 4* units?

I read in a walkthrough some where that 4*s can be maxed in half a day..

and i cant possibly do that

12 hours of doing 2-7 nonstop. Like a robot. I would say, take 6 Hours a day to max a 4* card within 2 days.
