Razer naga (in my case molten) is comfortable but pretty small. Tons of easily accessible buttons.

I've been using the corsair m90 ever since it's came out.

i've been really content with it.

Easy accesible buttons and a decent number of them. The software is really easy to use as well.
and the mouse is of a nice size.

i got http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826146009 mouse, i've broken the last two naga's i had within a few months but this has lasted me well over a year now and is still going. it only has the two extra side buttons but i use them all time.... i do wish it had more buttons at times for pvp'in but i make up for that with my keyboard. this mouse is also big (i have quite large hands myself) and it feels very comfortable and is very very inexpensive at $12.
